Classic taralli from Campania region, shiny and crispy. Shaped one by one and flavoured with fennel, tey are first blanched and then baked in the oven. Simple but appetising, they're served with cheese, cold cuts and a good glass of wine.
INGREDIENTS:Type 00 wheat flour, type 0 wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, salt, leavening agent (brewer’s yeast), fennel seeds < 1%.
