Crumbly taralli, flavoured with fennel seeds, handmade with a special figure-of-eight shape, typical of Sant'Agata de' Goti (BN) tradition.

Type 00 wheat flour, Type 0 wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, salt, leavening agent (brewer’s yeast), fennel seeds.
