Annurchini

Egg- and lactose-free biscuit, prepared with fresh annurca apple puree, enriched with sultanas. Annurca apple, already present in Samnites and Romans diet, is harvested while still unripe at the beginning of autumn and left slowly ripen in special apple orchards exposed to the sun, turning it by hand several times.

INGREDIENTS :

Type 00 wheat flour, vegetable margarine (vegetable oils and fats: palm, sunflower, fully hydrogenated palm and soya in varying proportions; water, acidifier: citric acid; emulsifiers: E475, E471, lecithins; preservatives: E202; flavourings, colouring: carotenes), sultanas, apple puree 11%, sugar, cane sugar.
