Peach jam, flavoured with lemon juice and zest, sweetened and perfumed with rosewater. the recipe is taken from " Il cuoco galante" by Vincenzo Corrado, cook at the Bourbon Court of Naples in the second half of the 18th century. Ideal for breakfast and for healty and tasty snacks.
